2.Download the jaxodraw-2.1-0-bin.tar.gz
3.Extract the archive
tar -xzf jaxodraw-xxx_bin.tar.gz
4.Run the jar file using java
java -jar jaxodraw-2.1-0.jar
5.Now the Jaxodraw Window will open.
